These terms and conditions govern your use of the Lost & Found platform and any industry-specific sub-site operated under the Lost & Found brand (including, but not limited to, Lost & Found - Education, Lost & Found - Social Care and Lost & Found - Sports). The platform is operated by Lost+Found Ltd (Company Number: 17267211). By using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms together with any addendum published on the sub-site you are using.

Lost & Found provides a recovery and identification platform that combines durable QR-coded tagging with a digital management system. The service enables tagging, tracking, proactive management and return of items and, in some industries, the identification of people or assets within agreed care settings.

Each Lost & Found sub-site may publish an industry-specific addendum (for example, safeguarding terms for Education, or care-setting terms for Social Care). Where an addendum applies, it forms part of these terms in respect of that sub-site. In the event of conflict, the addendum prevails for that sub-site only.

While we endeavour to facilitate the return of items and the smooth running of each sub-site, we cannot guarantee the recovery of any individual item or the prevention of any individual incident. Lost+Found Ltd's liability is limited to the amount paid for the products or service in question, to the extent permitted by law.

All content, branding and technology associated with Lost & Found - including each sub-site's visual identity - are the intellectual property of Lost+Found Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written consent.

Schools, care providers, clubs and other partner organisations using a Lost & Found sub-site agree to designate appropriate staff for day-to-day management and to facilitate the return of identified items to their owners in a timely manner.

By registering an account you agree to receive essential service notifications (such as item-found alerts, collection reminders and account updates) and occasional product communications. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time via your account profile.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
